Previously there were screenshots emerged from the map of Euro Truck Simulator 2, but you were not able to see the full size of all country's and roads. With these screenshots you can see whatever you want!
After Euro Truck Simulator had been released, SCS Software was flooded with suggestions for more local roads. There were so many suggestions that SCS Software had decided to do something about this in Euro Truck Simulator 2. The map of Euro Truck Simulator 2 has been made with much more details, so that the possibilities are much greater than in Euro Truck Simulator. The map must be more scaled than before, not like the map of German Truck Simulator or UK Truck Simulator.
Euro Truck Simulator 2 is an expended version of German Truck Simulator & UK Truck Simulator. The revealed map will be expanded in the future by SCS Software. Because SCS Software is paying more attention for the details of Euro Truck Simulator 2, it will take a lot longer before the virtual world has been realised.
SCS started on a small scale, after 4 years of hard work and 30 man-years that have been invested on Euro Truck Simulator 2 to build the whole map & new prefabs & new models for in this world. SCS Software has putten a lot of effort in Euro Truck Simulator 2, and this is the result they got so far!
SCS Software wants to copy whole Europe, but this will take much time and money. That's why SCS Software is encouraging everybody to buy Euro Truck Simulator 2, so that SCS Software can grow financially, so the project of Euro Truck Simulator 2 can continue with many expansions!
